Cyberjoin Knowledge Transfer Days
Exchange on Transformation in SMEs
I will be attending the Knowledge Transfer Days on March 18–19, 2026 at the Materials Testing Institute of the University of Stuttgart (MPA), Pfaffenwaldring 32, 70569 Stuttgart, to connect with small and medium-sized enterprises.
The focus is on how organizations can effectively develop strategy, collaboration, leadership, organizational design, and corporate culture. If these topics are relevant to you, you can expect practical impulses, orientation, and a realistic view of possible next steps.
The event itself strongly highlights technological developments such as advanced manufacturing, additive manufacturing, and new joining technologies. At the same time, experience repeatedly shows that technological progress alone is rarely sufficient. That is why it makes sense to systematically consider organizational structures, communication, and decision-making processes alongside technical innovation.
What matters to me on site
My aim is to support companies in our region — “The Länd” — in strengthening their effectiveness. Many SMEs face similar challenges: transformation under economic pressure, skills shortages, increasing complexity, and at the same time the need for stable and reliable collaboration. In this context, exchange on equal footing is often more valuable than any presentation.
Especially relevant for SMEs
Many small and medium-sized enterprises underestimate their own strengths. At the same time, topics such as leadership culture, strategic alignment, and collaboration are often postponed in day-to-day business. Yet these factors play a decisive role in long-term competitiveness and implementation speed.
This is also recognized at the federal level: German ministries support SMEs in precisely these areas through programs such as INQA Coaching, with funding rates of up to 80%. You can find more details in my blog.
Invitation to connect
If you will be attending and would like to talk about organizational development, strategic clarity, or improving collaboration, feel free to approach me. The exchange is informal, open, and practice-oriented. As the event is publicly funded, participation is free of charge.
I have been supporting organizations for many years in transformation processes at the intersection of technology, strategy, and collaboration. If you would like to explore how your organization can move forward effectively, feel free to talk to me at the event or arrange a meeting directly.
