Growing together, developing potential, strengthening teamwork
Systemic Coaching – for individuals and companies
Skills development does not only take place in a team. Individuals are in a constant process of growth within themselves and with their environment. As a systemic coach, I always have the issues and people in relation to their environment in mind. In systemic business coaching, we reflect together on the influences and interactions that exist.
This approach makes it possible to find individual, action-and result-oriented solutions. We create new perspectives, try out innovative behaviors and work on concrete goals for the future – for individuals, teams and entire companies.
How systemic coaching works
Systemic business coaching involves self-awareness, in the sense of more clarity about your starting position, your own strengths and weaknesses. It focuses on solutions. This is hardly possible to achieve on your own. However, it has nothing to do with professionalism or maturity, but rather with personal bias. Often an almost hypnotic view of problems arises, which makes the infinite abundance of possible solutions seem very limited.
Externally supported reflection, systemic questioning techniques and a trusting resonance space help to develop possible courses of action. This awareness broadens the perspective and is the core for sustainable development and problem solving.
Systemic coaching – methods
Systemic business coaching uses questioning techniques and methods for reflection and thus significantly increases the value of the result. In addition, we work together on a toolkit for everyday operations.
In my work as a systemic coach, I also aspire to deal with ambivalence, i.e. to use methods to visualize and discuss issues at eye level based on mutual respect.
It’s about social patterns and recognizing your own part in them. Systemic coaching is founded on the idea of making changes and consciously designing or intervening where possible, instead of looking to place the “blame”. Because the reflex of wanting to change others does not lead to success. On the other hand, reflecting with appreciation is a recipe for success that works individually for teams and for entire companies.
