Co-Creation
An Open Space is a well-structured format designed to efficiently bring participants into productive exchange. Every participant can introduce their own topics—whether for concrete questions, sparring, or experience-sharing. In short 30-second pitches, all topics are presented, allowing you to decide which discussions and working groups you would like to join. This way, the right people find the right topics. The topics are worked on in small groups over several sessions, sometimes in parallel.
Can this work? An example from the last event
A young company brought forward the challenge of adapting its marketing strategy without the support of an internal department or external expertise. In a 30-minute session, a social media expert and three entrepreneurs in similar situations collaboratively developed a concept that was later implemented based on this insight and could be used by all present. What’s special: The different perspectives always lead to surprising results—something greater and better emerges than the sum of individual ideas.
