Because teams with strong relationships no longer need to reassure each other about their relationships when it comes to technical issues and therefore work much more efficiently and with greater focus.

When team development, coaching and training are needed

Reasons for team coaching or a team development workshop can be support, advice, sparring or supervision in the context of transformation – or the preparation of a specific goal, such as taking on more (personal) responsibility, new roles in the team or a new assignment. Of course, the issue can also be optimizing collaboration.

Team development is both: coaching and training. Most of the time it’s about enabling decision-making in the team and the ability to act or have a solid footing. Good work requires good relationships! These can be worked out, experienced and sustained in a workshop and continuous development work.

What you can experience by or own has maximum cognitive value and thus ensures transfer of trained theory to everyday operations. This makes team development effective in the long term. Very often it’s also about self-awareness, recognizing one’s own strengths, weaknesses and opportunities in the context of collaboration. This is important for decision-making in the team, which is the basis for self-management or self-organization.

Self-organized teams use their full potential to benefit the company, solve more complex tasks and thus significantly improve their and the companies results – both qualitatively and measurably. After all, good results and fun at work are not mutually exclusive, on the contrary!
