Thanks to over 20 years of work in traditional family businesses as well as to my systemic training and experience in consulting, I bring in special skills. Stakeholder management in change processes is much more complex and depends on other parameters that are difficult to evaluate in monetary terms or get rid of with standard structures and processes.
