Entering into conflict requires energy. That may be irritating and exhausting, but it also provides a chance to work <strong>constructively and productively<\/strong>. The real challenge arises when people withdraw, go silent, act without speaking \u2013 or stop both. And: it\u2019s not the conflict that brings up the issue \u2013 <strong>the issue exists with or without conflict<\/strong>. Conflict can contribute to greater clarity.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"717\" data-end=\"914\">Even when people are talking, it\u2019s worth understanding what\u2019s actually going on. The sender of a message should communicate carefully \u2013 but ultimately, it\u2019s the receiver who determines its meaning.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"916\" data-end=\"960\">Two Formats to Strengthen Everyday Work Life<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"962\" data-end=\"1161\">What are workplace conflicts, <strong>what functions can they serve<\/strong>, and how can their energy be constructively used? We explore these and other questions in the online 2-day seminar and interactive workshop &#8220;<strong>Understanding and Using Workplace Conflicts as Opportunities&#8221;.<\/strong><br data-start=\"1223\" data-end=\"1226\" \/>The format includes a mixture of theory, group work, and reflection \u2013 and it is fully interactive.
