Strategy is neither vision nor mission, but both are crucial for effective strategy development. Strategy development succeeds when every employee in an organization can make decisions aligned with the entire organization\u2019s interests. This happens when everyone understands the decision-making premises, shared vision, and the strategic framework.<\/p>\n
Developing a strategy requires careful planning, effort, and expertise. The key is integrating it into daily operations, with regular reviews and adjustments on a monthly or quarterly basis (OKR \/ BSC). Together with the top leadership of an SME, we quickly moved through all the steps of strategy development, creating a clear vision and concrete actions for everyday operations. The more people involved, the greater the sustainability, freedom to act, and the more fully the organization\u2019s potential is harnessed. The future is shaped from a future-oriented perspective\u2014not from a reactive view of the past or present.<\/p>\n
