This event is aimed at everyone familiar with systems theory who would like to exchange ideas about agile work from this perspective. From a systemic point of view, the effectiveness of agile methods and ceremonies can be very well explained in practice. Above all, this perspective allows for a different level of troubleshooting when \u201cagile\u201d doesn\u2019t seem to work in real-world settings \u2014 and that\u2019s when it gets really interesting: What would we be using if we didn\u2019t know about \u201cagile\u201d? A counterpoint to the recurring debate about whether \u201cagile\u201d is dead.<\/p>\n

What to Expect from This Open Space?<\/h3>\n

An Open Space is no ordinary event with a fixed agenda. Instead, participants shape the topics and discussions in a flexible format. Each person is encouraged to propose themes or join discussions within a 30-45 minute time frame. From experience-sharing to presentations to interactive workshops, the diversity of topics lies with participants, ensuring unique and insightful sessions (see Wikipedia\/Open Space for more details<\/a>).<\/p>\n
