Co-Creation
An Open Space is a clearly structured format with the goal of efficiently engaging participants in productive exchanges. Every participant can bring their own topics to the table – whether it’s for sparring, specific questions, or sharing experiences. In brief 30-second pitches, all topics are presented, allowing you to decide which discussions and working groups you would like to join. This way, the right people come together to discuss the right topics. The topics are then worked on in small groups over several time slots, sometimes running in parallel.
Can this work? An example from the last event
A young company brought up the challenge of adapting its marketing strategy without support from an internal department or external expertise. In a 30-minute session, a social media expert and three entrepreneurs in similar situations worked together to develop a concept that was later implemented based on this input, and all attendees were able to apply it. The special thing about this process is that the different perspectives always lead to surprising results – more and better outcomes emerge than the sum of the individual ideas.
